Nature’s realm
National parks are landscape areas in which nature is left to itself. Nature landscapes are protected by allowing natural processes to take their course and by creating reserves for wild plants and animals to withdraw to. They are essential for the biological diversity of the planet. At the same time, the national parks create a unique space where nature can be experienced, environmental education can be provided, and research can be carried out. In addition, the national parks make their region more attractive and contribute towards its economic development.
